Meditation in Diamondway-Buddhism

This afternoon I spend in a very great lecture on Meditation in Diamondway-Buddhism with Lama Ole Nydahl. Meditation in Buddhism is defined as "effortless dwelling on what is". This state is reached through  the calming and onepointedness of mind or work with inner energies and light shapes. The constant identification with our own Buddha nature is the most effective way to reach this state not only during meditation but also in everyday life – as it is taught in Diamondway Buddhism.
