Karmic Management: What Goes Around Comes Around in Your Business and Your Life by Geshe Michael Roach, Lama Christie McNally and Michael Gordon

The book gives a good overview about the principles connected to Karma and how to apply these for business life. What I like is some really practical advice and different milestones how to change business behavior and attitude so that these Karmic principles can work. BUT, there is one big issue I can not agree on and have a different understanding of Karma than the authors. From what I learned so far about Karma, it is the principle of cause and effect, which can work rather quickly and immediate after applying, but it must not always bring straight away "results" as kind of promised by the authors. From my understanding Karma also means that the karmic results can come later in life or in another life to come. That means, in my opinion, that the book is heading into the wrong direction. For some of the practical ideas, I can recommend a reading, but not for their to simple view on the principle of Karma. Some careful reading is necessary and also some reading with a pre knowledge on the issue of Karma.
