Nice quote, something worth to contemplate about. I like the part "If you are always intoxicated with technology..." Really makes me ponder, when seeing people sitting together on a table but instead talking with each other focusing on their smartphones. Or people walking around in the city, not noticing what is happening around them, but having only their eyes on their smartphone. Causes me also to think about my own smartphone addicted behaviour...
"If you are easily shaken or easily affected by your emotions.
If you are always happy then sad, up then down, never stable.
If you have a very distracted mind.
If you are always intoxicated with technology or other people or emotions or substances.
These are the signs that you haven't mastered your mind.
You can master your mind through a very gentle, very "hang loose" meditation practice.
How ever much you can, every single day, even for a short time.
Don't believe me? Try it."
